Redundant

Tomorrow morning I shall be staying at home. Don't worry mother I've not been made redundant, my Sky box has done the usual 18 month breakdown and I still haven't signed up to the extended warranty. I'm sure they flick a switch once the box goes out of warranty. So tomorrow morning is waiting in for an engineer to turn up at some indiscriminate time between 8 and 5. Why they can manage to beam a signal thousands of miles around the world but can't accurately predict to within two hours of when an engineer is going to turn up god only knows.
