A building with twiddly bits

I'm hoping andycabb will correct my title, as I've a sneaky feeling that "twiddly bits" isn't strictly speaking the correct architectural term...

This is a dull blip, for which I do apologise, however my heart's not in it today. Being addressed by another woman's name in a late-night email from a potential date might have something to do with that :-(

I'm planning something more interesting for tomrrow's blip though. Honest.
