Canapés

Canapés for the funeral today. I must admit that because I was off work yesterday I bought in the vol au vent cases rather than make them myself! They contain prawns with caviar. The roulade is salmon with cream cheese and fins herbs and the meat one is pork terrine with apple marmalade. I also made some quiches and sandwiches, scones and brownies. Coffee, tea and orange juice included and all that for a tenner per person.
