The Great Moisturizer

After the bone-crushing, dry air of January, this sudden infusion of moisture, caused by the rapid rise in temperatures and snow melt, is most welcome. Drawing deep breaths of cold, moist air into one's packed and infected sinuses feels a bit like it might feel to have ice shards shoved up your nostrils. Despite that, the incredibly dense fog was quite lovely and the number of joggers, giddy over the ice-free running paths, a delight to see.
