The Laugh Shop

Went to see Jimmy do his 5 minute standup comedy act at the Laugh Shop this evening. Here he is in full flight.

He was very good but in this contest (and it was a contest, the final in fact) he didn't make the top three.

Have a lot of respect for all the guys who brave the audience and put themselves on the line. No one bombed tonight. The one woman was very funny and made the top three. Strangely, it seemed like a very politically correct verdict - one black, one woman, one white male in the top three- but it was the correct decision. I laughed very hard at some jokes. Will go again and work on the blips.
