Unenthusiastic, uninspired, uninterested. Dull, grim, cold. Bored.
My alterntive blip was going to be titled "How many *** workers does it take to look down a hole" or, possibly, "How many Council workers does it take to sit in their vans reading the paper".
Bitter? I'm, not bitter!
