Friday 18 February 2011: Indian goddesses
My Indian art and mythology is lacking, sadly. However, I thought these ladies would make a nice blip. They newly adorned our office wall this week. They are another gift our associate veep acquired on one of her Asian tours on behalf of the University. Another gift is here. I don't know the circumstances of today's blip. The art subject appears Indian but the script and signature block look Chinese. Anyone have an idea or translation?
