Hot Peppers & Sage
When I harvested the the herbs in the fall, I bundled them and hung them on my screened porch to dry.
Usually all the sage is gone by now, since I use it a lot. But this year the peppers and a few herbs are still in good supply. I'm thinking of stripping them off the stems and storing them in jars for later use.
It's exciting to think about putting the peppers seeds into little pots under my grow lights.
