Saturday 19 February 2011: The Wardroom

A very lovely dinner with some very lovely, erudite and elegant friends (well, they were until the Port arrived at least).

The venue was The Wardroom aboard Captain Scott's RRS Discovery. An amazing place, and an excellent dinner - everything lived up to expectations. Very extravagant, but then you are only very old once.

(I have no idea what is going on in this picture - and this was the start of the night! I only have a few rubbish photos - fortunately I had asked 42 to make a better record of proceedings)
