Thursday 24 February 2011: After breakfast on an ordinary day
This is just an impression of an avarage day on location. Nothing special, nothing spectacular, nice weather and all quiet on board. Our crane is hooked in on our Fast Rescue Craft because we are stand by for emergency action on the Hermod. In case of an alarm we are able to launch this boat within three minutes and with an average speed of 30-35 knots, we will be on the scene in no-time. A sharp eye can see that on our sister ship behind us, the crane is in the same position, so she's ready for action on very short notice as well.
