Thursday 24 February 2011: Snowdrops - symbol of hope.

So I dedicate this to everyone in New Zealand and hope there is a glimmer of light in their unimaginable suffering.
I was very fortunate today on my blip walk to be invited, quite by chance, to a private showing of the local snowdrop walk. It takes place officially on Sunday but we shall be away. The sun was shining on the beautiful church and there were snowdrops as far as the eye could see. It was a privilege to be the first to walk along the prepared path and see thousands of these beacons of hope. I learned a lot about snowdrops too from the posters which have been put up along the trail and my views were unimpeded - I had the place to myself.
Hope everyone is having a good day.
