Paul Bunyan

Located in the Kenton neighborhood of North Portland, this 31 ft. statue of Paul Bunyan was erected in 1959 to celebrate Oregon's centennial. It was created by a father and son team who worked in the nearby Kenton Machine Works. It is the only work of its kind in Oregon that is on the National Register of Historic Places.
