Friday 25 February 2011: Happiness runs...
364/365: ... in a circular motion...
Or droplets at dawn.
Or... the reason why my coat is in the washing machine because it's covered in mud from where I positioned myself to try to get a shot of the dawn sunlight coming through the dew on the grass. I stood there, for about five minutes... half watching the sunrise... half debating whether or not to kneel in the mud. My sensible side was going 'are you mad?'... my blippy side was going 'DO IT!!!'. So, eventually I did. And this was the result. Worth it? Dunno. But it's got my blip out of the way early so yay for that!
We're off to London to see some friends today which, no doubt, will be rich with blippable opportunities... but the thought of faffing about with photography after we've come home later tonight isn't appealing, hence this 'un instead. It's also gone grey outside too, so the weather is obviously going to misbehave after it treated me to sunshine yesterday. Shame on it!
S'weird writing a blip before I've really done anything. Was up early this morning (about 5-ish) so had some time to catch up on other people's journals whilst the monkeys snored... and then saw the sky was being pretty so took myself off for a walk. I also wanted to avert the 'seizing up after gardening' nightmare of a few days ago, so thought that a walk would help uncreak my creaks.
Ermmm... that's it.
Better go get some brekkie I suppose! Then... whoosh! Off to the big smoke we go!
PS Title courtesy of a cheesy Donovan song I like, but which my husband thinks is possibly the most irritating thing on the planet.
PPS My daughter's just squealed at getting chased by the kitten and diminished my hearing by approximately 75%. Nice.
PPPS 365 tomorrow - and my head is suitably empty. :o)
