Sunday 27 February 2011: King's Mill, Crail looking to The Island of May
The precious time spent in Crail is so good for the soul. What I see here are wide horizons, although sometimes also minute introspection.
This morning the sun suddenly burst through outside and illuminated our little cottage window, so I jumped out of bed and threw back the curtains to see the sunrise.
The view towards the sea was promising, so I headed out for a morning stroll. This involves walking part of the coastal path and climbing up the steps at King's Mill.
As I climbed, the put-put of a little boat putting out to sea from Crail Harbour caught my attention and I turned and snapped a series of images of the sea.
