A time for everything

Night out!

Thursday
Roger and I went out to the Playhouse in the Park in downtown Cincinnati this evening. Thursday evening may seem a funny evening to go out, but tickets are cheaper during the week, and in any case the play we wanted to see finishes this weekend. The play was called Over the Tavern, by Tom Dudzick. This comedy depicts growing up in a Catholic family in Buffalo in the late 1950s and revolves around 12 year old, wise-cracking Rudy, who would prefer to work on his Ed Sullivan impression than study his Catechism, because he?d "rather shop around for a more fun religion"! We had seen it before, but quite a number of years ago now, so it was good to see it again!
