All Eyes & Ears

Dark miserable day, and one cat totally fed up with my coughing. Really feeling beastly, doctor appointment thankfully at 1, freezing rain turning to torrential rain by then. T is working from home and taking me. Constant coughing, don't ask how my lower back is doing. I best be on the mend soon!


Why do cats eyes glow in the dark?

Today is the 100th birthday of a dear dear person we love so much. She's the mother of my friend B, who died in January, so it's a very bittersweet day. Raised in a sod house on the American prairie in Nebraska, she's one of the strongest women I have ever known. Happy Birthday, H.
