Living in Bahrain with the family for 6 years. Moved from New Zealand to look for greener pastures but only found sand and fantastic friends. We have enjoyed the change and the opportunities living here has offered. Especially loved  that we can travel to different parts of the word.
Since living in Bahrain I took on photography as a hobby. Now I am totally addicted.

Update July 2021

As of last year 2020 we finally arrived and settled back in Timaru New Zealand. My husband returned just in time for the first lockdown in NZ. We were in Auckland in March trying to sell our property of over 30 years. After 2 days arriving in Auckland the big lockdown announcement came. With very minimum everyday items to survive on, we were forced to rush to KMart to buy the necessary items to survive during the pandemic.  Thank God we had a roof over our heads and had all the whiteware in the house to enable us to cook and wash.
I have been in and out of Bahrain for the past 5 years to settle the grandkids Yasmeen and Ameer and our daughter back into NZ lifestyle. We bought a house in Timaru 2018 as this was the best option with family around while Celine trained and study to become a Pilot. Our beautiful one and only daughter Celine decided to pursue her career as a pilot through South Canterbury Aero Club. Currently she has achieved her dream of becoming a PPL, CPL, CCAT and hope to gain BCAT by the end of 2021.
Photography was my passion while living overseas however with family commitments, photography and blip was left on the back burner. I have recently picked this up again and really enjoying the outings one gets through everyday search for a photo to publish. I have also joined our local Timaru Photography Club and looking forward to many adventures.
Thank you to the Blipfoto.com and its community for all your encouragements and supports. My husband and myself are enjoying life with our grandchildren running them from and to school and their activities.Life is truly full and not so rich in monetary terms, but happy and contend being around our loved ones.
