Friday 6 January 2012: Until the next time...

The Christmas tree and decorations went up earlier than is traditional and stayed until just before superstitious people would fear bad luck for the rest of the year. As I packed them away, I considered the origins of certain pieces that I have acquired over the last 4 years and wondered where exactly I would be when they next see light of day in exactly 11 months' time. It'll be the UK, of that I am sure, but that's as much I know.
