Monday 30 January 2012: Aurora

After years of seeing them and never taking a photo I finally caught the tail end of one tonight. I had taken the dog out before heading in for the night and saw the bright green flickers to the north, by the time I had run in for the camera it had faded a bit, but still managed to get something. Wasn't sure how it would turn out due to all the light polution, but it's not too bad.
