Monday 4 March 2013: Goodness gracious ganache
This is what my "cake club" colleagues at work have to look forward to tomorrow.
It's an Andes mint chocolate cake with ganache.
It took more than three hours to make tonight. The cake is going into work and the cupcakes are staying at home because I think I deserve to sample some of my own wares.
It's only the second time I've made a cake and I must admit, I find it surprisingly fun.
