Saturday 26 May 2012: the bestest of days...

Steve and I hiked for ten miles or so through the beautiful Duddon Valley in the Lake District today, under brilliant clear blue skies and a relentless sun. How many other walkers did we see on that 6 hour journey? None, not a single one! Let's just say that sort of isolation and wild outdoors gives you plenty of freedom to just be! Bliss.
