About snapped by a curious mind
Nearly 6 years ago when I had a few months between jobs I decided to scan all my old negatives and slides in. Doing this reminded me of how much fun I had had doing photography, so i started again. Haven't finished scanning the negatives yet.
If my archives are anything to go by I can't resist a tree. Or a duck. Or mailboxes, doors, windows, strong shapes and bright colors, crumbly textures, ruins and donkeys?. And in blipfoto, close-up plant bits... and of course my dog Pippi and the messy construction site that is our house.
I have too much curiosity and too much imagination so blip is a great way to get a little of both satisfied every day

If you read my blips, feel free to get in touch on flickr or friendfeed or anywhere - I could use more friends on both!
I'm from Switzerland and living in Yorkshire, although I do work a lot in London and Germany
Oh, and am looking for people in Yorkshire who like to go on photowalks - have spare time coming up!
Cameras: a Samsung GX10and a Fujifilm F550EXR (following after a trusty F70EXR that R dropped, an F47FD, an F40 which followed an F10), a manual Pentax MZM, and 2 vintage rangefinders that still work.
Software: I don't use Photoshop, I find the price prohibitive - I mean, if I was going to spend that much I'd spend that money on a lens, not software! I do a bit of tweaking in ACDSee Pro. I love ACDSee Pro as it allows me to tweak a few things in a minute way more competently than I ever figured out in any other software.
