About "the uninspired blip"

An old scouser* with an interest in becoming more than just a "snapper". I've been around a bit - (a big chunk of the world) and I lived in Johannesburg for over twenty years. I now live in my home city, Liverpool, U.K.

Although I have been divorced for many years I cherish my close relationships with my children, son-in-law and daughter-in-law and especially my grandchildren.

I enjoy graphics and never cease to be amazed at what can be done with a pc, a bit of software and a digital camera. Through blipfoto I hope to become more creative in the pictures I take and manipulate.

I really am surprised at the quality and innovation of many of the pictures published here.

Perhaps it's about how many comments you receive, or how many views you have. But, for me it's about what I get out of "blipping" (fun, challenges, satisfaction and "healthy" frustration). I suppose we all get different things.

I respect constructive criticism; I am here to learn!

*In this politically correct world we live in today we cannot be called scousers anymore. People from Liverpool need to be called Regionally Challenged.
