Like Mr Whicher, I had my suspicions...

Yesterday, we bought wood preservative for the garden fences but I had my suspicions as to whether we would get much done.

This morning dawned clear and bright so ... we went for a walk instead! We drove the few miles to Rode (formerly called Road), where our walk took us past Langham Place (formerly called Road Hill House). This is where Mr Whicher had his suspicions.

We did a circular walk from Rode to Tellisford Mill.

When we got back, we did about half a fence panel before watching the BBC coverage of the Grand Prix.
