Tuesday 7 February 2012: Small baby or large bed ?

Large bed is the answer. I hate this bed, we live in a 3 bed semiand as they are fairly new built (not those good old house where rooms where of a decent size) the bedrooms are not huge so our bed being a super king size is ridiculously large!!! Lee wont let me get rid of it for a normal kingsize. I hate changing the sheets, they are just stupidly large and impossible to put on, on your own.

Today I have two poorly kids full of snot and sniffs Amelia woke up alot in the night and was red hot so had to give her some calpol. She isnt a bit like Harvey taking medicine she hates it whereas Harv ey will ask for it randomly when he's not even ill. When i chnaged her earlier she was shaking like a leaf and her lips and hands and feet where blue which was a bit scary but I think it was because she had a fever and so felt hot and cold.

Potty training update: No accidents atall again today and he is even asking to go to the toilet for a poo. I dont know why i hadnt thought of it before but today i have been leaving him sat on the toilet on his own and just telling him to shout me when he is done and it seems to have worked. Before, I was sat watching him on the loo and so he must have felt under pressure. Poor Harvey, he just wanted to be left to poo in peace... he he he
