I got my first compact camera when I was about 10. Ever since I have had a compact camera to take pictures on holidays, in parties and picnics, etc. So not very much thinking or artistic views included. First digital compact camera I purchased several years ago to support my interest in wild flowers. When I had done enough photoraphing just to ease identifying of various plants, I got interested in how to make these photos more interesting and beautiful and bought my first DSLR. I am still learning.

My current gear:
Nikon D90
- Nikkor 18-200 mm
- Micro Nikkor 55 mm (old manual lens, unfortunately does not provide digital information about aperture or focal length)
