The boyfriend and I went to the Art Institute today on their last free day for the month. We spent most of our time in the new modern wing (pictured above) looking at photographs by William Eggleston (loved them!) and 'art' by other 'artists.' I'm not really a fan of 'modern art' because it seems like simple objects that people just put together in some strange way and call 'art.'
