Sunday 14 November 2010: Fish, plankton, sea greens... protein from the sea

Set jetting time again, this time it's Logan's Run and the location is the Fort Worth Water Gardens. Great piece of Johnson/Burgee design from 1974. Bit treacherous. Let's not talk health & safety here but a masterwork. Resisted the temptation to dive in and enter the fabled domed city via it's waterworks. My crystal renewed years ago.
