Monday 12 May 2008 : Tropical Frisian Island in the Sun

With this beautiful weather, we are very lucky to live on this island. With a boat with hardly a serious draft and no propeller but a water jet, we are able to run the boat aground and wait for rising tide. In the mean time the children can walk to the deserted beach for swimming and skim boarding. What else can you wish as a child? The same goes for the parents; a warm and sunny day, children enjoying themselves and and a quiet afternoon at anchor. Only birds, seals and your children in the first two miles from the boat.
