Number 545 - Mono Monday Letterbox

When the house was built some 40 years ago, this letterbox would have been in the height of fashion, although somehow an interesting choice for a lakehouse letterbox in the middle of the bush.

Friends brought the property some years ago and Sarah loved the quaintness of the box, she got her paints out and decorated it with some native pigeons. I think I need to tell her that maybe it could have a new paint job!
