Elf

Daughter and her friends on the Events Committee have been selling Christmas dance tickets to the juniors.

In order to boost sales one of her friends thought it would be a good idea to say that if they bought a ticket Daughter would dress as an elf for the dance. (The committee are there to supervise).

So, Daughter needs an elf costume for a couple of evenings this week. She already has clothes that she can use as the base of the outfit and luckily had bought this elf hat a few weeks ago. She felt that a waistcoat was needed to just finish it off. Luckily I had some green felt and other bits and bobs in my sewing box.
