I have been here two years now and this is so much more than a photography site. Through blip I have learned to see the world with new eyes, met some wonderful people, and taken part in some amazing, original and fun global events such as Life Turns and Scotland the World over.

I am a forty-something know-it-all, with a quirky hint of kink and a flippant take on life - my journal walks so near the edge sometimes it's surprising I don't fall off.
I am usually to be find rambling round derelict buildings with a camera slung round my neck and a well thumbed paperback in my hand!

Oh and if anyone ever finds the perfect barn - please let me know ... ;)

**WARNING** I am a bibliophile - so books feature heavily! oh and my typing is SHIT! But even so I am ad advocate of the Oxford Comma and a fully paid up member of the Grammar Police!
