Saturday 11 February 2012: G - SASA.
Got dragged through to Glasgow today for a holiday exhibition. The idea was to pick up some ideas for new holiday destinations. Got some brochures and a bit more info than we might have gotten in a travel agents.
As we were parked close to the river I left SWMBO in the car a went for a wee wander to get some shots of the PS Waverley as she is tied up on the opposite bank. Cobbled them together to make a wee panorama.
Just a few hundred yards away is a small heliport where the Chief Constable's Agents and the Northern Lighthouse Board keep their respective choppers. Added some more shots.
Then I heard this sound, ran round and rattled off a few more frames.
G - SASA is a Eurocopter EC-135-1 and operated by Bond Helicopters for the Scottish Ambulance Service.
