On the other end of this is Sparky, her 17.2h, 900kg Clydesdale.

He's a lovely gentle boy and rides well.

Even I have managed to stay on at canter!
Just ;~)
But then I'm not really a rider.

He works for a living at Cumbrian Heavy Horses and today was on the beach with a very lucky 13 yr old girl on his back.

When he's not at work my wife gets to play with him.

BTW his shoes are 23cm (9 inches) across.
