Monday 2 January 2012: BMX Bandits

Had an ace afternoon with the boys and Team Sp33dway down at Ty Mawr Country Park. After a wander around the park with a pit stop to take in the river the boys were chomping at the bit to hit the BMX track. Must have spent a good hour racing each other over the bumps and jumps. Got some funny glances from the other parents as I nailed it around atop a miniature bicycle, not to mention some scolding from Rhys not to break his bike!!

Don't mind admitting that I was v shattered after all the exertion.
