About Simple Pleasures

I am a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and Aunt and a Grandmother. I am involved in deaf education, fluent in American Sign Language(ASL) and Signed Exact English (SEE). I am a lifelong resident of Ohio,USA. I live between the cornfields and soybean fields by the blue barn. I think there is so much beauty & warmth in things we overlook everyday, and I hope to find some of that beauty around me and share it here. I am NOT a photographer, but photos fascinate me. I love how they capture a moment... time stands still, and we can see a tiny piece of life through someone else's eyes (lens).
