Sunday 12 February 2012: Highway Robbery...
I think this is a symbol of one of my favorite things about people. We want to just have fun and enjoy a good time. At ski resorts around the world when you are going into the lodge to grab your food (preferably a bowl of chili with cheese on top) you leave your skis or board outside. These racks are filled with $10,000+ of top of the line gear and we just leave it outside and trust it will be there when we get back. It's an awesome thing about outdoor sports in general. When climbing we leave our gear and wallets in bags at the bottom of the cliff and trust that they'll be fine...
Way to go humans for proving we can still trust each other to a certain degree...let's apply this to everyday life and see what happens?
