War of the Thistles Day 2...

Day 2 saw a trek from Aberdeen to Dumbarton to the excellent Unit23 skatepark. We could kid ourselves but really today was all about the new bowl that Chick (Unit23's owner and mastermind) finished building not more than a week ago.

This thing is amazing and contender for one of the best bowls on this island. It has huge vert walls, a deep 10 foot end and a shallow 6 foot end. A tear drop middle section and coping up on one of the 15-16 foot sections. Perfectly formed and flawlessly built.

Here we see Mr Div Adams throwing a huuuuge stalefish right across one of it's hips, literally above my head. This is one of the countless reasons that he is £150 (probably a fair bit more as well, considering the other stuff he pulled off) richer, current holder of the second half of the Thistles trophy and was named Schralper of the day (skater of the day) at Dumbarton.
