Sunday 27 November 2011: Gingerbread house

T and I made our first gingerbread house from a kit we bought at the craft store. He thought that we would eat it right after making it. When I told him it was going to be a Christmas decoration, he was confused. He helped coat the cut pieces of gum drops in sugar and rolled some out for the windows and the walkway. He taste tested everything.
It was easier than I expected and now I want to go to Central Market and hand pick candies to make a really nice one.
