Monday 30 August 2010: Candles for Keisha
Six year old Keisha Abraham was reported missing from her home in Mt Druitt, in Western Sydney, in the morning of the 1st of August. Almost a month later she's not been found. Today while out on home visits we drove past her home - the fence of which was completely obscured by mountains of soft toys and heartfelt handwritten notes to Keisha or her family. Front and centre were these candles.
All in all it was really emotional. Keisha's disappearance is terribly sad, and this was a visible display of the outpouring of love from the local community.
