About TS-Vliegerfotograaf

Hi all.
I was born on the island Terschelling, in the northern part of Holland.
Left the Island for a 7 year trip to New Zealand.
After returning home my cousin send me a kiwi (Delta)
fishingkite with a 1000 yard nylonline.
After some years of fishing it was waiting for a fligfht when I got
the idea to hook it up on a video camera.
That ended up with a broken videocamera as I put it to close to the kite.
In 2000 I started my own painting company and all my energy went into the paintingbusines
Still making lots of photo's with my hydrolicladder.
2005 found me trying again with the kiwi kite a (secondhand) canon G3 on interval and I am still going strong.
The nylonline was replaced by Dyneema and the big spool for reeling in the nylon was replaced for a big 12"australian fishing reel holding 550 yards 130lb Dyneema. Best buy ever.
The (second, secondhand) Canon G3 crashed and got replaced
by a Minolta A1 with 30 second interval, giving 120 photo's an hour.
That camera got raplaced by a Minolta A2.
Everybody looking at my photo's asked for some copy's and that
made me sort out the best ones and join them together for a book.
