About Internet Junkie

I am a housewife who loves photography (learning all the time). I have one grandson whose two and a half years old and he is a great model for the camera. I try to take photos of other things as well. This site was introduced to me by my niece's husband and since then have been hooked. I have an Olympus E500 DSLR, which I don't seem to use a lot lately (definitely not handbag or pocket sized).

I have also got, god knows how many compact cameras lying around (how many does one really need), the latest of which is an Olympus 850SW (the dearest, but worth it), which is great for carrying around and is shock and waterproof as well (seen the advert on TV too many times!). Will have to put the ones I don't want on Ebay, fortunately they weren't that expensive in the first place.

At least I can take pictures in the pouring rain now, fun.

To round up, I must have a camera fetish. Does anybody else have one to? lol
