About send me back to the wild!

I currently live just outside Edinburgh. I got into photography while I was living in the White Mountain National Forest in the eastern US, working as an environmental ed teacher. I still love to travel and find it very difficult to sit still for more than a few hours. Since picking up a camera, I've learned to see things that didn't always seem to be there. I find it very therapeutic to shoot for several hours and forget about life's little hiccoughs. It can give you a whole new insight into things. So I thought I would try to share some of those insights, as well as some honest photos for once.
