I shoot every day, even if it's just a couple of quick snaps around the house, so I can improve my photography.

Photography is my latest artistic endeavor, I have a background in painting that I think shows through sometimes.

Product Design and Woodworking are things I have also practiced in the past, but I am now focusing on web design.

I was born into a Nikon family so that's what I shoot with, mostly. And mostly with a D70, sometimes with an old FG. I also have a great little Canon A720 IS.

My favorite lenses are:
- Sigma 10-20mm - super wide
- Nikon 24mm f2.8 - this is a 36mm equivalent on the D70 and is a great all around lens.
- Nikon 50mm f1.8
- Nikon 60mm Macro f2.8 - the 105mm might actually be a better choice, but this one is also good for portraits, it's a 90mm equivalent on the D70
- Nikon 28-200mm - this is a great lens and cheap
