Tuesday 24 February 2009: Sigh!!
My hubby and I spent the last two days trying to clear some snow. This is a picture of my back deck but there is just a path to the door.There is too much snow there to clear the whole deck. The banks are too high to throw any more. I need to grow taller so I can throw higher.
Today we spent removing the snow from the garage roof. There was a least three feet there and we were afraid the weight might collapse it.
I was on the ground with the roof rake removing what I could reach and my hubby was up on the roof with a shovel. Then he has to use the snow blower to clear away what we've brought down.
I need a vacation---some place with palm trees would be nice
