Monday 26 April 2010: a new pen friend

today I received the first, of what I hope to be many, letter's from my 7 year old niece, I used to love writing letters but have forgotten how super super lovely it is to find a handwritten envelope on your door mat.

2. aw, I used to write to my niece too, when we lived far apart. Now of course she is all teenage and gothic and doubt she would be see dead writing to her auntie (and certainly not posting pipe cleaner sheep she made!)
