One a day...

Not a really healthy person when it comes to foods and exercise, however part of my daily routine would be taking one cod liver oil and a Vitamin C orange dissolving capsule. This pretty much covers all the main Vitamins (A,B,C,D,) etc etc.

Cod liver oil is one of the most effective providers of omega-3 fatty acids and is widely taken to ease the pain and joint stiffness associated with arthritis but has also been clinically proven to have a positive effect on heart, bone and brain health, as well as helping to nourish skin, hair and nails.
