Snow White and the Grumpy Old Man

Tricky choice of photos to blip today. So many entertaining shots from a Disney themed party... But since it was this lass's birthday, I thought she should get a go in the bliplight.

There were great costumes, from Alice in Wonderland to Meg (from Hercules) to The Prince (suitable for the birthday girl's husband really) to Woody. I was dressed up as Tigger (considered quite suitable for my personality). Surprisingly there weren't any CInderellas, Belles, Gastons or Rupunzels, there was lots of thinking a little beyond the classic princess box.

We danced and sang along to A Whole New World, practised our Disney hands, and ate M&Ms. We swapped costume feet (hence Up's Old Man wearing Donald's feet...) and tried to dance in tiger and Donald feet. Tricky stuff. I almost face-planted... Aladdin and Jasmine arrived on their magic carpet, and all the neighbourhood dalmatians cowered as Cruella swept through.

Since this is a backblip, I'll need to find something else to blip today... Heading off to a local (but quality) production of the Sound of the Music this evening, but before that I need to learn a lot of stuff. I cannot wait until Monday afternoon. And until then, I should keep these things short and sweet.
