No Competition

Today we decided to head for Bodnant to see the famour Laburnum Arch. Now, the website was reporting that next weekend would find the feature at it's peak but:
a. So, therefore, will be visitor numbers
b. Every other Laburnum seems to be in full flower NOW
so off we went.
It still had a week to reach perfection indeed, but was looking great. The rest of the gardens were also looking fabulous and provided many photographic opportunities. I took the same shot as BE (who may be on the neighbouring thumbnail) but I'll leave the glory to him. Competitive blipping? Who needs it?
