Wandering round the harbours of Cork and Cobh in glorious sunshine presented many maritime blip moments - especially in the shape of the 1964 Bounty from the Marlon Brando film, but this little model of the immigrants waiting to board their ship to America rather touched me. The whole exhibition in Cobh was suprisingly hard hitting and emotional. Cobh is such a beautiful place tinged with shadows of a past tragic history.
